As a side on the Diamond retail industry….i have a patient that works for Signet. Never heard of them but was astounded of what they own.

A [Christian] theologian would define "wisdom" as thinking as God ( all seeing, knowing...) does, unobtainable but something to aspire toward. I spent a small amount of time last year reading the book of wisdom, I am not wise!

Epistemology is the philosophy of knowledge: is a belief in a fact. Proving the fact is sometimes unobtainable, believing in an object that is less than fact is "faith". Faith is what the authority expects of the "mark". When I taught I would sometimes talk about epistemology especially when my lesson required a lot of credulity, fact I had no time to go into deeply!

When fact is hard to get at we use inference, the old central limit assumption, et. al. Weshould design experiments to say the CDC vaxxes are effective (I won't embarrass myself to allude to any design of test for vaxx safety). Properly done we can tell the "mark" the risks my design would find a truth is rejected or that would find a negative truth that is accepted......

I have yet to find a purveyor of the CDC vaxxes are safe and effective to describe the design of test that give those statements.

The use of mis, mal, dis or other letters before information reveals a narrative rather than attempt to make information into knowledge or even less wisdom!

Years ago, I heard crazy conspiracy loon, Alex Jones, talk about how diamonds are not rare and the price is supported by sophisticated marketing and a cartel that control all the critical stages.

I continued not listening to Mr. Jones. But over the years I have heard him scream in his raspy and hyperbolic fashion, similar claims that violently up turn that well set table I and everyone else goes to for those items that everyone knows.
